Before marketing your property for rent, our property manager will inspect it and note down its condition. The property manager will review current market trends and set the appropriate rent for your property. In some cases, we will also facilitate a discussion with our clients to find a cost-effective way to increase the appeal of the property if necessary.

During viewing sessions, our property manager will talk to potential tenants to get a good understanding of their background. For those who are interested in the property, we will ask them to fill out pre-tenancy application form. Our property manager will filter and select the most ideal tenant(s) to perform credit & reference checks and make a decision.

We will help you fill in the tenancy agreement in accordance with legislation requirements. We will advise you to insert terms into the agreement, the terms will protect your rights as owner of the property and will avoid conflicts or miscommunication mistakes with tenants.

  • As a landlord, are you familiar with your responsibilities under section 45 of the Tenancy Act?
